Returns Policy

At A&M Active / Swimwear, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes, your order may not fit as expected or might not meet your expectations, which is why we have a fair and straightforward returns policy in place.

Our Returns Process:

  1. Exchange Request: If you wish to return an item, please make an exchange request by email at amactiveswimwear@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your purchase. The email should contain your purchase order number and the reason for the exchange.
  2. Item Check: After receiving your request, we'll reply to your email and guide you through the returns process. Remember to keep the labels attached and the original packaging; it'll help ensure your return is processed smoothly.
  3. Send Your Item Back: Once you have our return approval, you can send your item back to us. However, the item should be undamaged and show no signs of use.
  4. Stock Availability: If you wish to exchange an item, please note that we can only do so according to the availability of our stock once we receive the returned product.

Additional Points to Remember:

  • If your item arrives damaged, or if there's any sign of damage when we inspect the returned product, we, unfortunately, won't be able to process your return. We suggest that you handle your product with care until you've decided it's a keeper!
  • We only process exchanges after we have checked the product thoroughly. In line with Australian Consumer Law, we're unable to offer refunds in the case of 'change of mind' purchases.
  • Regrettably, A&M Active / Swimwear can't offer refunds of cash or credit, and return postage is your responsibility.
