At A&M Active / Swimwear, we strive to get your new pieces to you as swiftly as possible. We deliver within a timeframe of 4-7 business days. For your convenience, we grant authority to leave parcels. If this is likely to cause any issues, we recommend you direct the delivery to a business address.

Please be aware that once an order is placed, we're unable to modify the delivery address. If you need to redirect your package after dispatch, please get in touch with Australia Post directly.

Upon confirmation of your payment, we kindly request up to 48 hours to dispatch your order. Rest assured, you will receive an email with tracking information once your parcel is on its way.

Kindly note that A&M Active / Swimwear is not liable for any freight charges, international duties, taxes incurred by delivery, refused shipment, or unclaimed goods.

We understand that sometimes clothing may not fit as expected, or a product may not meet your high standards. At A&M Active / Swimwear, your satisfaction is our priority. Hence, we offer a 7-calendar day return policy for all our customers.

To facilitate your return, simply:

1. Send us an email at amactiveswimwear@gmail.com with your purchase order number and reason for return.
2. Upon receiving our response, send your item back to us.
3. Please ensure that the labels are intact and the product is in its original packaging.
4. Bear in mind that we can only accept returns of items that are in their original condition, free from damage or signs of use.

Please be aware that all exchanges are subject to stock availability. We are unable to accept items with any sign of damage, so take care when trying on your products! Any damaged products will be returned to you.

We can only process exchanges after a thorough check of the product. Please note, in line with Australian Consumer Law, we are unable to offer refunds for 'change of mind' purchases. A&M Active / Swimwear is unable to provide refunds in the form of cash or credit, and any return postage costs must be covered by the customer.

• Once we reply to this email, you can send your item back.
• Please keep the labels attached and the original packaging; it saves you worrying you won’t get your replacement!
• Don’t forget, we can only allow the returns of items that are not damaged and with no signs of use.
• To exchange an item, we will only do so according to the availability of our stock once we receive the product.
